Bluebonnets
Bluebonnets were not spectacular this year and we missed the boat on the best of what there were, but I managed to get a few pics with some of the stragglers.

Chicken Poopin Eggs
2B sent a little Easter fun our way! It has become one of the boys' favorite rewards for getting their #2s in the potty on time. Hey, whatever it takes to keep this potty "train" on track!

Nap time
Naps are always taken in separate rooms, or else no one sleeps. Here is Mason in the pack-n-play in the guest room and Ethan in his crib. I don't know how they are comfortable enough to sleep with all of those toys and stuffed animals in their bed.

Ethan's 1st Big Boy Underwear!
Tonight we took a family shopping trip to Target to buy Ethan's first big boy underwear. He of course chose Cars and Diego underwear and was very excited to try them on to make sure they fit!

Baby Dolls
The boys taking good care of their babies (well, except that they don't have car seats for their babies too...)
Ethan's 1st Girlfriend?
Today we went to a birthday party at a bouncy house for one of the boys in class at our preschool. At the birthday party one of the girls from class (Elia) was holding Ethan's hand and leading him to different bouncy stations. Her mom said that she calls Ethan her boyfriend. They sure do start young these days!!

Days of the Week & Counting to 30
The boys have learned a few songs for days of the week and months of the year. This days of the week song is one they learned at school.
And with a little help and prompting Mason can count up to 30.

Tricycles
The tricycles have been parked in the garage for a while now, but today while I was at the grocery store, Brett decided to dust them off and remove the parent-assist handles. He took them over to the basketball court across the street and gave the boys some coaching on how to pedal and steer. They picked it up quickly! And then they realized how fun it is to crash into each other on their tricycles. We have been meaning to get some helmets...and this is the extra push we needed to get that taken care of!

Birthday parties are so fun!
The boys have definitely gotten to the age when they can anticipate something, look forward to it, and get excited about it. This week they were so excited about our friend Andrew's birthday party. They couldn't wait to go to the bouncy house, to have cake, to give Andrew his present and to get their party favors. They had a great time!
