Lollipop!

First lollipops! (at least since they were born when each of them were given dum dum lollipops in the hospital to raise their blood sugar - this time was purely for fun - and raising their blood sugar was just a side effect of the fun!) These lollipops were courtesy of our very friendly grocery store which uses Safe-T-Pops to weigh down the balloons they hand out. We have always taken the lollipops off in the past, but we decided to live a little today.







And because of those lollipops it was guaranteed that tonight would be a bath night! Here we are playing with our Yo Gabba Gabba bath buddies.

Elmo Slippers

Santa also brought Elmo slippers, which were not at all a hit with Ethan because of his dislike for socks and shoes unless they are to be put on for purposes of playing outside. But Mason was willing to give them a try (for a short while at least).

Christmas (Take 2)

Santa decided to come back to our house after his post-Christmas Eve vacation and thought New Year's Day was the best time to deliver the goods. Grandma & Grandpa were down for a visit too, so it was nice for them to be with us that morning! The boys were so excited by all of the new toys and books. Obviously Santa felt bad that they had to wait an extra week, so he went a little overboard.
