The boys had a lot of energy to burn off after being so good for their baptism, so we visited the Delaware Children's Museum in Wilmington, DE with Grandma and Grandpa and followed that up with a visit to Mr. & Mrs. A's house for a run through their lawn sprinklers!

Baptism
We were very late with baptizing the boys...but I really had my heart set on having the baptism ceremony performed at St. Mary Anne's, in the church where I grew up and where we were married, so we held out until there was a good time when we were back East...so they were already 2 years old by the time that happened. But we found out they still make baptism outfits for toddlers! The day was a super hot one, but the ceremony went really well. Father Hartman did a wonderful job. He has quite a bit of patience to deal with two toddlers in a baptism ceremony, since that is definitely not the norm. It was a great day and was so wonderful to have family from near and far (even our Romanian family!) there for the occasion. And of course Little Muzz put together a very nice lunch for after the ceremony.

Rolling Cars
One of the first ways they started acknowledging each other as someone to play with instead of just someone else in the room they were playing next to was by rolling cars/trucks back and forth. We caught some on video here...

Potties

No....not potty training yet. Ethan regularly likes to say "pee-pee in the potty" but I am not going there quite yet. 3 years old suits me just fine if it doesn't mean everyone has to get more frustrated than necessary along the way.
That being said, I did get a great deal on these potties from a fellow twin mom that I couldn't pass up. She sold me 2 potties she received as a gifts and didn't need because her kids preferred going straight to the big potty instead (if we can only be so lucky...), so I had to seize the moment and take them off her hands since they were 50% off the regular price (and they were still brand new and the same kind I would have gotten anyway!) Can't pass up a 2 for 1 deal when you have twins :)
But before I could hide them away for a later date, they saw them and wanted to sit on them. So here are some pics. We'll see if they look this happy when we pull them back out again for the real thing...

New Deck
The boys enjoying the new deck! They love to run back and forth between the benches and up and down the stairs. Lots of fun ahead on this new play surface.

Bouncy Bouncy (Videos)
I hit a great deal a few months back for toddler trampolines and so we decided to get them for the boys for their birthday. But then we decided they had enough fun things to play with and we would save these for when it got really hot outside and we needed something fun to do in the A/C...
Our house now looks like the inside of a Chuck E Cheese, but oh well, whatever keeps them entertained...and tires them out :)
ETHAN
Ethan was first to wake up from nap so he was first to go get his jump on. The first clip is not so much jumping, it's just funny. In the second clip he is trying to recite Chicka Chicka Boom Boom while bouncing (if you are familiar with that one - that is one of their favorite alphabet books). And in the third clip he is doing some jumping and some chattering.
MASON
In the first clip he starts jumping for the first time without holding on. That's our Mason, always the daredevil. In the second clip Mason thinks the trampoline is a "boingy chair" and tell us "you guys are so silly" (though I think we know that since we bought 2 toddler trampolines that take up half our living room...I'd call us silly too.) By the third video he was a bouncing machine.
